Red Scare Industries formed in 2004 by former Fat Wreck Chords employee Toby Jeg when his friend, Brendan Kelly of The Lawrence Arms, needed a label to release an EP by his new side project The Falcon. Since then the label has been a hotbed for up and coming punk talent and has released music from The Copyrights, Nothington, The Sidekicks, Cobra Skulls, Teenage Bottlerocket, The Menzingers and many more.
